Terms of offer, price and item descriptions are subject to change without notice. Although we make every effort to assure accuracy in our advertised price and descriptions, we are still human and we reserve the right to correct any advertising error at any time.
Retail products are supported by original manufacturer warranty. MOUNTAIN NETWORKS does not offer any technical support.
The customer assumes all responsibility for product compatibility. The customer pays for all return shipping.
We reserve the right to honor or refuse services to anyone.
PRICE CHANGES:
All prices and product availability on this website are subject to change without notice, and MOUNTAIN NETWORKS reserves the right to decline the acceptance of any order.
Prices are current to the best of our knowledge at the time when it is posted. Due to the dynamic nature of the computer industry, MOUNTAIN NETWORKS reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing, products and service offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and typographical errors in advertisements.
We make every effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-date information, however, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. If you can not be reached at the contact information you provided us, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
PAYMENTS:
Full payment is due prior to shipping.
Accepted forms of payment include check, bank wire transfer or credit card issued from a United States institution.
PayPal Credit is also available.
PRODUCT IMAGES:
All images are provided only as an illustration and may not represent the actual product shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
MOUNTAIN NETWORKS will accept international orders, but we will only accept a bank wire transfer prior to shipping. We will not accept credit card payment on international orders and there is no free shipping.

WARRANTY:
All Cisco products with the exception of Cisco Switches and Cisco Routers that are in a new retail sealed box come with a 90 day warranty from the ship date, as well as the manufacturers warranty. All Cisco products that are used or refurbished, with the exception of Cisco Switches and Cisco Routers, come with a 30 day warranty unless noted otherwise. All Refurbished and New Cisco Switches, as well as Refurbished and New Cisco Routers come with a 1 year warranty from the ship date. HP Products have a manufacturer's warranty which range from 90 days to 3 years, to a limited lifetime warranty on ProCurve Switches.
TAX:
Tax will only be charged within the state of New York. If you are tax exempt, please email your resellers or tax exempt certificate to Admin@MountainNetworks.net prior to placing an order.
MONTHLY PROMOTIONS:
We are not responsible for warranty and/or product functionality on any products offerings on monthly specials. Monthly specials are not eligible for resellers.
