Shipping & Returns
We offer free FedEx Ground shipping within the continental US on any order of $500 or more. Should you need your items faster, we can upgrade shipping at full cost to you.
Most orders ship with within 24 to 72 hours.
Any order requiring over night shipping must be placed by 3pm Eastern Standard Time.
MOUNTAIN NETWORKS will accept international orders with payments made by a wire transfer prior to shipping. We will not accept credit cards on international orders and there is no free shipping.

Defective Items: Unless otherwise specified, MOUNTAIN NETWORKS will gladly accept defective exchanges on products within 90 days of original invoice date. We will accept defective exchanges on Cisco Routers and Cisco Switches within 1 year of original invoice date.
We shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product or repair the item and return it to you. Every item returned to us as defective is examined and tested according to our procedures for that item.
If the item meets the manufacturer's operating specifications, then we will at our discretion determine that the item is not defective. If the item you returned as defective is not defective according to our testing, we will refund your purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee. We will not refund any shipping fees if a restocking fee is charged. Any defective product returned to MOUNTAIN NETWORKS must be accompanied by a return material authorization number (RMA Number).
Open Box Returns: Any and all new factory sealed products returned after 30 days of the original invoice date, that has been opened or is no longer packed in the original factory packaging is subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%. All returns must be accompanied by a return material authorization number (RMA Number).
Wrong Item Delivered: If the record of your order confirmation indicates that the product you received is indeed the item that you ordered, we will accept the item as a return and credit you with your purchase price, less a 25% restocking fee. We will not refund the shipping fees either to or from you the customer.
If the item is not the item you ordered, as reflected in your order confirmation, we will then provide a replacement consisting of the product you ordered (if identical item is still in stock) or issue you a refund, including shipping fees.
Refused Orders: Any order refused will be billed a 25% restocking fee.
Return Authorization Number (RMA): You must have an RMA number to return any equipment to MOUNTAIN NETWORKS. Any return without an authorization number will not be honored. Please email Admin@MountainNetworks.net with your reason for return and we will respond back with a return authorization number within 1 to 2 business days. All RMA returns will be valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
All software, SmartNet and license purchases are non-returnable or refundable. All sales for these items are final.
